Art of the possible
In this simulation, I helped develop a fictional coffee brand, “Frescopa”, and then using customer stories and interactions, demonstrate the intricate benefits of Adobe and Workfront technology. We follow customers in both B2B and B2C storylines, map out each touchpoint, and build a customer profile utilizing their experiential data.
A “simulation” is an interactive and immersive software tool that helps businesses showcase the power of their technology in relatable real-world scenarios.
