Crystal had been helping me with my acne for a while. I loved her products, but she had so many, and the packaging made it hard to identify which product was which. One day, while she was picking my face, I asked her if she had ever considered creating a color system for her product line. I knew this would create differentiation, make them easier to identify, and elevate her customer’s experience! So grateful she trusted me with this project.

Crystal wanted me to design her new product website. She had previous ecommerce websites, but was wanting to improve customer experience, brand consistency, and ROI! I was thrilled to help her elevate her online presence, and visually align more of her business to the new product packaging we had just implemented. This also gave me the opportunity to develop an overall brand system to create consistency across all customer touchpoints.
